
Om mig
Jeg er uddannet jurist og arbejdede som juridisk konsulent efter færdiggjort uddannelse.
Derefter boede jeg i London, hvor min karriere tog en drejning ind i HR, og i 6 år arbejdede jeg som Senior HR Partner i en international investerings bank på kryds af mange lande, kulturer og mennesker, og med globalt fokus på rekruttering, udvikling, ledelse og organisation.
Efter min hjemkomst til Danmark havde jeg tre gode år i en mellemstor konsulentvirksomhed, hvor jeg som HR Director med ansvar for fire lande, bl.a. var med til at sætte fokus på professionalisering af organisationen, kulturen samt udviklingen af ledere og medarbejdere.
Mine HR-erfaringer har spillet en vigtig rolle på mit valg af profession som coach. Jeg fandt nemlig ud af, at det var i relationerne dvs. samspillet og dialogen med ledere, medarbejdere, sparringspartnere og kolleger, at jeg fandt min energi og mit drive.
Og det er i coachingen, at jeg kan se, at mine menneskelige kompetencer kommer bedst i spil.
Hvad jeg særligt holder af ved coachingen er, at individet finder egne ressourcer og ejer dem i forhold til den forandring, det ønsker at skabe.
Jeg brænder for at støtte mennesker til at bevidstgøre sig og finde egne løsninger, og dermed transformere sig selv.
Jeg er ICI certificeret business- og stress coach fra Empowermind, og underlagt ICI’s etiske regler. Jeg har naturligvis tavshedspligt.

I am a qualified lawyer and worked as a legal consultant after completing my education.
After that, I lived in London, where my career took a turn towards HR, and for 6 years, I worked as a Senior HR Partner at an international investment bank, working across various countries, cultures, and people, with a global focus on recruitment, development, leadership, and organisation.
Upon my return to Denmark, I had three successful years as HR Director in a medium-sized consulting firm where I was responsible for four countries. I was involved in emphasizing the professionalisation of the organisation, its culture, and the development of leaders and employees.
My HR experiences have played a significant role in my choice of profession as a coach. I discovered that it was in relationships, i.e., the interaction and dialogue with leaders, employees, peers, and colleagues, that I found my energy and drive.
And it is in coaching that I can see my human skills coming to the forefront.
What I particularly enjoy about coaching is that individuals discover their own inner resources and take ownership of them in relation to the change they want to create.
Coaching energises me enormously, and I am passionate about supporting people in becoming self-aware and finding their own solutions, thereby transforming themselves.
I am an ICI certified business and stress coach from Empowermind Danmark, and I adhere to ICI's ethical rules. I am, of course, bound by confidentiality.
